Here is the license. It is a modified MIT license. Source code is under the MIT license. Game assets are proprietary. The source code will continue to be available after the game is released and may be used freely under this license. I can't say the same about game assets (sprite work, audio, etc.). Those we may split out into a proprietary repository later.

Ok thanks; the "while in development" part on you website and somewhere else made me thing that this was only a temporary open source project
In your website and other sources you said that the game is free and open source, while in development.. does that mean that once the game will be fully released, we won't be able to use the source code anymore?
Can you be more clear about this?
