epic figure is taller than my imported ldr characters

When apending the rig its way taller than my imported minifigure i have imported from stud.io using Ldraw importer for blender https://github.com/TobyLobster/ImportLDraw

here is a screenshot on what my problem is

i don't wanna re model and upscale it since that would take days for me to do it

personally, I'd either upsize the minifig to fit the rig, or downsize the rig to fit the minifig. once you find a size that works, press "ctrl + a" and choose "scale". this will lock in your scale modifier to fit the minifig (and the rest of the scene).
