Keep the format of HDRs when doing resolutions #8

If the original file is in HDRi, we should generate resolutions in HDRi. If the original file is in EXR, we should generate resolutions in EXR.

Going from HDRi to EXR causes loses -> https://github.com/BlenderKit/blenderkit/issues/904
