Problem

• if you have N regions requiring a cutoff, you must make N nodes specifying the region and the target, which can get clunky

Solution

• make a simplified node that takes the prompt and a comma-separated list of targets, then automatically detects regions and applies them to the CLIP, similar to how cutoff works in A1111
• refactor so the new CLIPSimpleRegions node and the existing CLIPSetRegion node use a common function to avoid duplicating code
