2 issues GalaxySpace-1.12.2-2.0.16 :1.water placement 2.tier 4 padding not working on mercury #538

  6. Other add-ons:well there is a list but not a galacticraft addon

    Description of the issue: 1.simply tier 4 padding doesn't work on mercury since the temperature rise beyond the padding cooling capability 2.you can place water in planets where you are not suppose to do so screenshot below 3.the playermodel still shows thermal padding worn even when its not
