Description of the issue:
Basic solar panel from GC takes up 3 spaces and produces up to 40 gJ/t, while 3x3 mini-panels produce only 20 gJ/t (basic) or 24 gJ/t (modern). Also, 3x3 GC's solar array, functionally the same as mini-panels, produces 56 gJ/t and is probably supposed to be inferior to advanced mini-panels. I suggest both increasing energy generation rate and difference between basic and advanced panels.
