Fuel Generator do not consume fuel when Refinery stop supply fuel #571

    Description of the issue: When Refinery stop supply fuel to the Fuel Generator(they connected with fluid pipes), it continue to generate power and do not consume fuel. it means that there is infinite power with no fuel.
