Description of the issue:
Structure generation is completely broken in SMP. Moon dungeons sometimes generate correctly, but every other dungeon that spawns a boss, and most of the villages on the moon, are generating completely wrong. Boss rooms are not there, and the villages spawn sometimes split in half.
