Description of the issue:
Tau Ceti F is completely covered with water. And under the water there is seaweed, a lot of seaweed (long green seaweed and short red ones). So they're under water and Minecraft thinks they need to be broken. And the seaweed starts to break, sticks start to fall out of them and it turns out to be an empty sea bottom dotted with sticks.
