Description of the issue:
When launching a rocket to Io, the tps drops significantly. This does not affect other worlds as long as there aren't any loaded chunks from Io itself. Furthermore, I managed to get a recurring crash which might be related (see crash log listed below). I tried to use LagGoggles to see if anything odd was going on, but couldn't find anything of note. This problem pretty much makes it impossible to reach the Tier 6 planets, as Volcanic Shards are required for the next rocket tier.

Do note I also had CoFH Core installed so I could use the /cofh tps command.
