Gas Extractor does not break. #713

    Description of the issue: The gas extractor's durability goes into the negatives and doesn't break after being used over 50 times.

Gas Extractor was made to rely on electricity instead in update 2.1.4, so I'm marking this issue as solved.

e.9. Gas Extractor is now electric and modifiable
