🐛 [Bug Report] - [Paladin] - Sanctified Seals Talent - SoB can still be dispelled. #130

Decription:

"Increases your chance to critically hit with all spells and melee attacks by 3% and reduces the chance your Seals will be dispelled by 100%." this is the tooltip with 3/3 points on it

How it works:

Seal of Blood can be dispelled even if you have the talent. Other seals can't be dispelled. Basically Seal of Blood is not affected by this talent.

How it should work:

All the seals should be undispellable

Additional Information:

What I am wondering is if Seal of Blood is not affected at all by this talent or just the dispel part. How can we check if its affected by the 3% crit chance increase?

The 3% crit is broad for all spells so it will apply fine. Im not sure why it's not affecting Seal of Blood. Everything is setup so it's affected. I'll have to investigate this more.
