This talent doesn't increases all damage you deal, despite what it states.
How it works:
The specialisation currently increases only the passive damage of seal. Judgment of seal has no increased dmg, consecration has no increased dmg, holy shield has no increased dmg and from what i've seen in my small amount of tries avenger's shield has no increased dmg.
How it should work:
It should increase dmg of every ability that can do dmg.

Avenger's shield has only 50 tries sample size, which is prolly to small for a reliable result. I recommend testing it without this stupid cd q.q
