validate production boards

Boards due to arrive and all features need to be checked out. issue #11 has some sample code that might help:

• [x] stemma qt header works
• [ ] boot.py checks work properly
• [x] neopixel power switch works
• [x] neopixels work
• [x] estimate neopixel power draw at full brightness
• [x] irda works, including testing range with 330 ohm ired series resistor
