figure out board size and artwork #6

currently it's 50x68. The game on the back works in portrait mode, the front is a mugshot letterboard in landscape.

It's a comfortable size for the game, but too small for the letterboard. I do need to adjust it a bit for lanyard holes. We have options:

  1. Long and skinny. 38mm wide (as wide as the screen) and ~90mm long (screen, button, and AAA battery vertical). Likely need a different idea for the front of the badge.
  2. Short but wider - 90x70mm. this makes both front and back landscape, but may affect ergonomics.
  3. Same proportions but larger. Idk how big it has to be to make the letterboard look good.

I think this depends on artwork. at this point i think we're stuck with green pcbs if that makes a difference
