Provide a theme option for master on right side #189

An option to arrange the layout similar to tileleft would be convenient for some users that prefer their master window on their right hand side.

Fair suggestion. I think it doesn't make sense to provide a theme option for that, instead it should just be another layout. That's what happens with tileleft as well
