Added bling.helpers.icon_theme to rock_spec.

Hey, thank you! I updated the rockspec in luarocks. Can you check if it is working as intended?

From where? Nothing is found in luarocks --local install bling. I had to curl it to my downloads directory and then run luarocks --local install bling.rockspec and then it works.

You need to set the flag --server=https://luarocks.org/dev: https://luarocks.org/modules/Nooo37/bling
