SDCC version used in Travis build is very old #7

Per @mogenson, the version of SDCC used in the Travis build is quite old (from 2013), and should be updated to something more modern.

Specifically, SDCC 3.3.0 was being used then: https://github.com/Blinkinlabs/ch554_sdcc/pull/6 . In the meantime, the Travis instance was updated to an Ubuntu system with SDCC 3.5.0, and official SDCC releases are now available on all platforms for newer releases.
