Expected behavior 预期的功能

能够在同目录下使用cmd运执行 Magpie -FSP -GraphicsCapture -5s 以FSP模式运行并以GraphicsCapture方式捕获，在5秒后执行

我很久以前就考虑过提供命令行接口方便其他程序集成，因为有很多积压工作，所以暂时实现不了。有人贡献的话我很乐意接受。
