Reproduction steps 复现步骤

I have Vsync On in magpie + In the Control Pannel when using Resotre UL + Upscale UL + Resotre UL + Upscale UL But this doesnt really seem to work as there is still a lot of screen tearing. The screen tearing only happen when using Resotre UL + Upscale UL + Resotre UL + Upscale UL as it deosnt happen if only using Upscale Ul + Upscale UL. I got three log file dont know why but hopeful it help you.

Set Up 4090 + 7950x3d + 64gb Ram

Plus Vsync Is 100% on

The game's native resolution is 1080p, while your screen is 4k. Upscaling once should be enough; there's no need to upscale it twice. Additionally, you should set the game's resolution to its native 1080 for optimal results. (For Yuzusoft game, press Alt+1 while in game and set capture method to DwmSharedSurface or GDI)

It looks like the game itself is tearing, make sure the game also has VSync enabled.
