Expected behavior 预期的功能

在每种缩放效果被选中时增加对于其的解释说明，来帮助初学者更快适应 Magpie 及各种缩放技术

Add explanations for each zoom effect when selected to help beginners get used to Magpie and various zoom techniques faster

例如在鼠标悬停于图中效果时显示这种缩放效果的原理，应用后效果等。

For example, when hovering over the effect in the image, the principle of the zoom effect is displayed, the effect after application, etc.
