After generating a CCIM, how would one proceed to further analyze the data and generate a plot detailing the cell interactions? I looked through the article steps as well as function documentation, but am unsure of how to proceed further. Would I have to identify active ligands? How does this relate to the CCIM? I was looking into the CCIMFeaturePlot function but ran into some issues + am unsure if this even generates my intended results.
