Fix grub config snippets in manual-install-on-linux.md #16

At least with Fedora's grub the set SOURCE_NAME="blissos" and the search --set=root ... lines need to be on 2 separate lines for things to work.

These are clearly 2 separate commands so I would not be surprised if other grub builds need this on 2 separate lines too.

yea I don't know why we put it into one single line. I'll merge this, thanks
