Describe the feature: Long press power button to turn on flash light

Additional information The current long press power button action is power menu and Google assistant, and I wish to have an extra option to turn on flash light (works on both screen on/off)

We do appreciate that users want something like this but next month Google releases QPR3 so its really a waste of time if we do lot of features for the last release coming soon..... All the features till date will have to be scraped off and should be redone from the ground up for QPR3 so i think u understood me :)
