[FR] Decrease power consumption in AOD #64

Describe the feature: In Pixel 4, when device in AOD, the screen will switch to a very low (not more than 20Hz I think?) refresh rate and a very low brightness to decrease screen's power consumption. And it will also turn off AOD when the device is in very dark environment or placed face down. Neither of these features is currently available on the Zenphone AI2022 BlissROM 16.7.

Additional information This feature might depend on special screen panel and kernel modification. So its just an advice, not forcing u guys to implement.

The device is very fairly new so it would take time to be adapted
