Load from IOS250 without IOS249 #247

Hi,

My IOS 249 is missing and only IOS 250 left. I see you have provided a version 
without loading IOS249. However, that one doesn't support remote plus. I wonder 
if you can make one compatible with my remote (I think ver 70 or 71 works fine).
