BlazorWebView transparent background impossible to set #45

As soon as this bug is resolved, it would be possible to use the BlazorWebView control as a full overlay above a MonoGame.Forms control, which gives more design capabilities.

It seems that this feature is not planned for the BlazorWebView anymore, so I am closing this.
