Navigation causes full reload #19

Clicking an item in the navigation causes a full page reload, which takes about 12 seconds on my high end machine.

Windows 7 x64, Firefox 21.

We are working on a new doc system moving away from document.up which is indeed a bit too slow for the size of our page. This is behind a couple of other projects however. We will try to get to it asap.

The best workaround in the meantime is just to view the page on github: https://github.com/Blizzard/api-wow-docs
