Introduce Travis config for Linux builds #187

Tested on my own SC2 bot which uses s2client-api as a submodule: https://github.com/alkurbatov/suvorov-bot

Please pay attention that Travis integration should be enabled manually for this repo.

Sorry for the delayed response to this. We definitely want to get Travis up and running I think we are just having permissions issues on what Blizzard account will own the Travis instance.

I'll get back to you either today or tomorrow with more info.
