Missing replay packs #332

When specifying version "4.10.0" for replay_api/download_replays.py about 80 of the 100 packs are empty. Can this please be fixed?

I have been informed that version 4.10.0 was only a ladder version for a few days. Using version 4.10.1 for replay_api/download_replays.py seems to have plenty of replays in it.
