"add event" functionaltiy for users #12

a single user can create an event, becoming admin of this event. he later on can annotate other admins, delete or modify this event

@einhorntee we need to talk about how specifically this will have to look like. in the end i guess we will want to be able to add events from other users, instead of just creating our own
