Test server is having problems to display the app

@einhorntee created new branch 0007/heroku for deployment and later merge into master. Asked for advice on SO how to proceed.

Also deleted non functional attendion app from heroku.

Since the reviewer of the last pull request stated that we ought to only merge feature branches, we should overthink the process anyway @BlkPingu

i can set up a pull request for 0007/heroku into master after resolving the heroku issue. development can be deleted and we untangle the child branches of development then.
