Mostly bug fixes

Window behaviour

Closing the window actually just hides it and restores it when window is activated
Upon quitting the application, the DB is encrypted and application window quits

Payment stream

Implement Event Source instead of using Stellar's SDK - seems to be more reliable behaviour
