add some similar to what we have already, but make them keep generating

hmm, maybe a chat command to add it in?

so it should:

  1. check if the asteroid is going to spawn in a protected area or fully in space
  2. check if the caller has privs to run the command
  3. add in a mix of nodes ( maybe look up how world edit does it)
  4. add a chat command to control it.
