Invalid API endpoint/call when trying to call "withdraw" function #53

Example showing how to use withdraw function seems to be broken. When trying to execute the example, I get the following response from the API: "Failed: Invalid API endpoint/call. Check number of parameters and endpoint, and then try again. Refer to https://block.io/docs for more info."

false alarm - accidentally was using very old lib version
