Test Trading Bot: Oracles and Volatility #210

Update trading bot, include Oracle Bot in that, throw on some randomized volatility spikes and run a lot of agent bots to generate some complexity and test the clearing algo when there are gaps. Also publish data on liquidation statistics for different degrees of incremental liquidation and incremental volatility.

There's an oracle with random walk style chaos in the weblayer folder, another file generates batches of randomized derivatives traders with a few params for flavor.
