This may be a shortcoming with the way the recent mainnet reset was handled.
Payloads are being returned as tb marker, with the correct serial numbers, and not rejected as non-TL protocol transactions. However, these transactions don't show up with listing transactions for an address. They return an err with tl_gettransaction.
