Consider the many views of a model #72

We can think about models in a few ways:

  1. The really high level GDS view
  2. Math spec view with no implementations
  3. The math spec implementation view where we have policy options, behaviors, etc
  4. The abstracted model view where we actually say how we are building a simulation which translates to cadCAD or similar. I.e. what assumptions one makes
