1 year ago This is under discussion now with a last response in hackmd of:
Relay fees I have decreasing in the "Disburse Relay Fees" action chain. My thought there was that all accumulated relay fees are disbursed in that chain and don't require minting because they were collected from the applications. So in that case no minting would happen and they wouldn't be present in Mint Block Rewards. But I want to check if I am right in that intuition with you.
