Figure out KDE Speed Issue #279

It doesn't seem to effect single runs But for multi-runs we went from having 20-30 seconds to 114 seconds for running two simulations

Very possible it has to do with the whole serialization for multi-runs

Could it be coming from resample?

Working fine enough with single runs now
