Make minimum_duration and maximum_duration to be a single value each

min=0 max=2

Note: setting race mode max blocks to a single value to be swept rather than two make the tests fail. Even if those two are the same number.

EDIT: seems to be associated with the sweeps to sample. Fixed the test for now
