Add exit code relaying #24

Currently, the run subcommand always exits successfully, regardless of the remote execution. Having it return it something related would greatly help scripting.

It could be just exiting with 0 when all agents are successful and 1 when at least one of them fail and additionally printing how many / which of them failed
