Consider reading command from stdin with `-L` with no argument #4

When running silk run -L with no argument, the default behavior is to fail as it requires either a local file or -. This is not necessary when there is no argument since there is no ambiguities.

Fixed by 9637204d7caf70fe40ff0c1cfae9c1d4af5c89b0
