In this PR all the files required to run the BigQuery export, update, comparison and deep comparison are added.

In detail this PR does a couple of things:

Adds all the scripts and files from the external module
Delete the external module
Pass the BigQuery project as a dependency in all bash scripts
Pass the BigQuery project as a dependency in all python scripts
Amended credentials: removed AWS ones, changed DB user
