1. This is the first time we have used the USGS website to apply for DC, but we have enough technical experience. Our team has three technical staff, who are responsible for downloading, converting, and distributing data, and have achieved outstanding results.
2. You have not delegated DC to us yet. After you delegate DC, I believe we can distribute it to SPs soon.
3. We are actively negotiating for more SPs. Since we strictly require SPs not to use VPN, these are real geographical locations. We are negotiating with SPs in the Americas, and they are preparing FIL. I believe they can start when they are ready.
