@psh0691 It looks like the bot triggering is still buggy and I've submitted a bug work order. I've also provided a breakdown of recent orders and the latest Spark retrieval success rate.

For SPs with low Spark retrieval rates, I've communicated that officials are currently concerned about the Spark retrieval success rate, and the SPs tech team has feedback that it will improve in early December.
