fixes broken link for laanwj-releases.asc with https://bitcoincore.org/keys/laanwj-releases.asc
updates to 0.21.1
creates individual hidden service for each rpcport as it is poor practice to have multiple services running on the same HS

Thanks for the fix! @icculp has offered to give this a test on Linode so we can merge.

Script ran successfully without any error, pruned testnet synced to latest block height. Ran into a problem running bitcoin-cli as root, outlined in Issue #22

I merging after linode test, but we do need to address clarity in docs as per #22
