Write bitcoin transaction coordinator reference app focused on:

[ ] Create a multisig descriptor from multiple singers
[ ] given that descriptor, find any UTXO via Tor from one of 2 Esploras
[ ] sign via PSBT crypto request
[ ] hold/save or send to mempool

Open Questions

[ ] Do we want to do a CLI version first?
[ ] Do want to start with SweepTool?
[ ] macOS first?
[ ] What is MVP?
