[ ] Update current draft
[ ] Puzzle to simplify to best practices for small open source org.
[ ] Circulate to staff & key patrons first, then community.
[ ] Publish for us
[ ] Write article as as possible minimal best practices for small open source

Possibly critical path before the end of Q2 as starting Q3 we will have a number of new patrons, interns, and volunteer community members.
