Gordian Cosigner allows users to participate in a multisig by adding a signature to an otherwise unsigned or partially signed PSBT. It can be used for traditional multisigs or for new, self-sovereign multisigs, where you're using multiple private keys to protect your own funds. It's intended as an offline signing tool, which allows private and secure signing using your closely held mobile device: a full node or other Bitcoin wallet is need to both initiate an account map and to initiate a transaction.
Cosigner is built on the Gordian Principles. It ensures the Independence of your usage, the Resilience of your seeds, and the Privacy of your transactions by working offline, while supporting the Openness of the ecosystem by using standard specifications such as QR and UR.

Animated QRs Though you can copy PSBT text or files, Gordian Cosigner also supports an even easier transmission mechanism: animated QRs that can be photographed across airgaps. This functionality currently works with Gordian Wallet, but other wallet manufacturers are also adopting the animated QR specifications found in Blockchain Commons' Uniform Resources.

Cosigner doesn't seem to currently have a central "About". I'd suggest adding the following, linked from a small version of the app-icon in the middle of the top bar, just as with QR Tool:
For the Cosigners tab, info:
Cut the subsclause "seeds and other" in the last sentence, since there no longer seems to be a differentiation between seeds and other cosigners.
For the Accounts tab, info:
Similarly, delete "(including the seeds from your seeds tab, which you will be using to sign)" as there's no longer a seeds tab. (I assume that's now all on the Cosigners tab?)
